After several requests for this type of knife I came up with this knife the M1. In a lot of respects this knife is similar to the Grilse knife, but has some importent changes. In my opinion stainless steel is a poor chioce for this style of knife, so I produce it in 01 tool steel, and is still the steel of chioce for a hard working knife. the other changes though minor make for a better all round performer such as needed for Bushcraft. I have altered the bevel angle and is now closer to a scandi ground edge but still retains the secondary beveled edge. The handle shape is more sculptured and very much more comfortable in use, an importent feature considering Bushcraft knives take a lot more use. A belt sheath with a steel holder is supplied as standard, though a horizontal sheath can be supplied instead. I produce this knife in two forms, with bolster and without, it just boils down to personal chioce.
